On February 7, 2024, Ryo was announced as a member of 3WAY. The group made their debut on February 27, 2025 with the mini album Highway. On May 19, 2025, it was announced that 3WAY's first sub-unit, comprised of members Ryo, Aoi, Xiho, Rintaro and Leno, will begin promoting in Japan on June 20 until June 29.
