On July 12, 2024, Xiho was announced as a member of 3WAY. On October 18, he was revealed as a contestant on JTBC's Project 7 but was unable to pass the survival round. The group made their debut on February 27, 2025 with the mini album Highway.
On May 19, 2025 it was announced that 3WAY's first sub-unit, comprised of members Ryo, Aoi, Xiho, Rintaro and Leno, would begin promoting in Japan on June 20 until June 29.
