On November 14, 2022, Keena was introduced as a member of FIFTY FIFTY through the group's music video for their pre-release song "Lovin' Me". The next day, she was individually revealed. FIFTY FIFTY officially debuted on November 18 with their first mini album, titled The Fifty.

On June 28, 2023, FIFTY FIFTY's representative BARUN announced that the group has filed a lawsuit against ATTRAKT to suspend their exclusive contracts, citing violation of contract and the members' reputation being damaged through recent media reports. However, on October 16, Keena decided to change her legal representative from Barun Law Firm to Shinwon Law Firm and withdraw from the appeal, although her reasons were not disclosed. She later returned to ATTRAKT and stayed with FIFTY FIFTY while the rest of the original members left the group.
