On October 26, 2017, she made her debut as a member of Gate9 with their first mini album Gate 1 : Paperwhite. She presumably left the group sometime in 2018, before they officially re-branded to GeeGu. On October 12, 2023, she was revealed as a member of CLEO, under the stage name Dokyung, with their reformation under StarMade Entertainment.
She made her official debut with the group on September 2, 2024 with the digital single "You're Mine".
