On July 3, 2020, she was revealed as a member of PIXY. The group made their debut on February 24, 2021 with the digital single "Wings". Following Ella's departure from the group on August 27, 2022, Dia was appointed as PIXY's new group leader.
It is presumed that the group had quietly disbanded sometime in late 2024 due to inactivity, following the departures of multiple members and ALLART Entertainment's disestablishment. On October 1, she was identified as the contestant SingAgain4 Singer No. 48 (싱어게인4 48호 가수) on the JTBC survival show Sing Again 4.
On October 28, it was confirmed in the third episode and on the show's website that she was eliminated during the first round. Her performance did not air, but it was released exclusively on the JTBC Music YouTube channel on November 21. She performed "Gypsy Woman" by Lee Chi Hyun & Friends.
On January 2, 2026, Dia announced she is a member of the upcoming girl group AWU. On January 4, Dia announced the digital single "Dance! " to be released on January 9.
AWU will debut on April 9 with the mini album Re:frame.
