On March 28, 2020, Nicole was revealed as one of the first three members of the London-based girl group KAACHI. She made her debut with the girl group on April 15, 2020 with their debut digital single "Your Turn". Ultimately, KAACHI disbanded in February 2023 and Nicole thus left the agency.
Despite the disbandment of KAACHI, Nicole and members Coco and Chunseo decided to remain working alongside each other; they eventually formed their own independent three-member girl group, ATTI, which they officially revealed in March 2023.
