On March 18, 2023, Seungchae, alongside Chaeeun, were revealed as the first two members of Starting Girls through an appearance at Seoul Fashion Week. On March 21, 2023, Seungchae was officially revealed as the third member of ADYA (formerly Starting Girls). The group debuted on May 9, 2023 with the single album "ADYA".
