In 2005, Uki Satake debuted and became one of the founding members of the Japanese girl group 9nine. The group has been in an indefinite hiatus since 2019. She left 9nine's agency, LesPros Entertainment, sometime in 2022.
On July 18, 2025, Uki Satake was revealed as one of the members of PTMRS, a co-ed rotational project group led by Jay Choe.
