On February 20, 2023, he was introduced as a contestant on MBC's boy group survival show Fantasy Boys. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the seventh episode, which aired on May 11, 2023, as he was eliminated after coming in 35, who had lost the third semester, following an in-person voting. On November 13, he was revealed as a member of the upcoming boy group WAKER.
