He debuted as a member of VICTON on November 9, 2016 with the group's first mini album Voice To New World. He made his solo debut with the EP Blaze on September 25, 2021. On April 20, 2023, it was announced that he, alongside Choi Byung Chan and Jung Su Bin, would be leaving IST Entertainment following the expiration of their contracts.
On August 10, Do Han Se announced that he has signed with The Dial Music. On October 17, it was announced that Do Han Se will release his single album "Gummy Bear" on October 23. His first digital single "How Time Flies" was released on March 18, 2024.
On April 15, he announced his second digital single, "Scent of Skin", which will be released on April 18. On August 13, he announced that he will be releasing his second EP Bluessom, on August 28. On October 27, he announced that he will be releasing his third digital single, "Misery Loves Company", on October 31.
