On December 10, 2020, he was revealed as a member of the boy group Ciipher, scheduled to debut in early 2021. His profile picture was released on December 16. The group debuted on March 15, 2021 with their first mini album I Like You.
TAG was slated to be a contestant on the upcoming survival show Boys Planet but left sometime prior to its official airing due to being listed as a "Discharged trainee" on his profile. On August 9, 2023, Rain Company announced that he, along with Tan, Dohwan and Won have decided to leave the group. On October 5, ARMADA Ent introduced TAG as the third member of their upcoming boy group ONE PACT.
They made their debut on November 30, 2023 with the mini album Moment. On January 15, 2026, he was introduced as a contestant on Mnet's survival show Show Me The Money 12. Unfortunately, he was eliminated in the third round.
On February 26, TAG announced that he will release his first EP 4/4, on March 4, under the stage name RAPH4EL. On March 27, 2026, RAPH4EL announced that he will release his first digital single "Low Battery", on April 4.
