In January of 2020, Brittney was a trainee at The Black Label. She was a trainee for about 6 months. She was the second youngest of the team, and trained with Julie, Hwiseo and Gawon.
After leaving The Black Label, she joined Swing Entertainment after Julie suggested she should join. She was a trainee there for about six months. Brittney joined MZMC Inc.
in 2022, and started training in the trainee group that would later become VVS. On April 26, 2024, Brittney was revealed as a member of the girl group VVS. She made her debut with the group on April 22, 2025 with the digital single "Tea".
