On March 31, 2025, WM Entertainment revealed the members' names, including Roa's, through promotional material for Run Up!. The group debuted on June 4 with the single album "Speed Zone". In January 2026, it was announced that USPEER's contract with WM Entertainment has concluded on December 31, 2025 and the group has been transferred to MW Entertainment.
