On July 3, 2019, Sulhee was introduced as a new member of HeyGirls, alongside Baekhap, after the departure of Heesu in June. She officially debuted in the group on April 29, 2021. On June 29, 2022, she was revealed to be one half of HeyGirls' new sub-unit, 1CHU, along with Chaerin.
They debuted on July 12, 2022 with the digital single "Oasis". In August 2023, she was revealed to be a member of the project South Korean-Japanese project unit group Puzzle. They debuted on November 20, 2023 with the digital single "I".
On December 26, Moai Entertainment announced that HeyGirls had disbanded, and that 1CHU would become an independent group. On December 23, 2024, she was revealed to be a part of the lineup of the upcoming girl group IWU. On February 6, 2025, Moai Entertainment announced her departure from the agency, and subsequently 1CHU, Puzzle, and IWU (now known as E11iVyn), following her contract expiration.
The same day, she posted a letter on Instagram confirming this news.
