On August 4, 2023, Good Choice Entertainment announced the new South Korean-Japanese project unit group, composed by seven members of 1CHU, We;Na's Yeonseo & Wony and Secret School. The group is planning to make their debut in Korean in November 2023 and subsequently go on a tour in Japan and Thailand, after which they will also hold auditions in Thailand to find two more members to reform into a global girl group. Puzzle has remained inactive since their debut, with their last post on their SNS was from February 2024.
On March 31, 2024, Mizuki graduated from Secret School to focus more on her influencer and modeling career. Roko also graduated from Secret School on January 26, 2025. It is presumed they have also departed Puzzle.
On February 6, 2025, Moai Entertainment announced Sulhee's departure from the agency, and subsequently her current groups which include Puzzle, following her contract expiration. In February 2025, the group is still found in the list of artists on the websites of Good Choice Entertainment and Moai Entertainment, indicating they are still an existing group despite the inactivity. However, in March 2025, it was noticed by fans that Puzzle's SNS accounts have been turned into accounts for a different group.
It can be presumed Puzzle has disbanded due to the inactivity and several members leaving their original groups.
