In January 2020, she became a contestant on the survival show '. She ranked 10th place in the finale, therefore moving on to compete in part two. In the second part, she ranked 3rd in the final episode, thus making her a member of the upcoming girl group NiziU.

NiziU eventually made their Japanese debut on December 2, 2020 with the digital single "Step and a Step". They later also made a Korean debut on October 30, 2023 with "Press Play".
