In July, the group teased a comeback in September. The following month, they revealed the title to be "Sad Heel" and released the concept photos, as well as the album cover for it. During the rollout, Yeowoobi changed her stage name to Nayoon.

In September, Back Jo departed from Icia and was replaced by Hyogyeong the following month. With the lineup changes, the release of "Sad Heel" was subsequently delayed. On November 3, the group finally made their comeback with the digital single "Sad Heel", consisting of the new lineup.

In April 2018, Lee Ae and Hari appeared to have left the group as they removed Icia from their Instagram accounts. This was later confirmed as they were replaced by new members Vandi and Youmin the following month. On November 17, the group made a comeback with their fourth digital single "Are You Kidding?

". After the release, Hyogyeong departed from the group in February 2019. In April 2019, they deactivated their fancafe and turned their Instagram account private, sparking disbandment rumors among fans.

On May 13, a fan page for Icia shared that the group had disbanded, which was later confirmed by Nayoon herself as she commented: "Thank you so much so far~ I was so happy because of you". Following the group's initial disbandment, they were revived as a dance team named Chumchurum in July 2019, under HP Entertainment. The group presumably disbanded due to inactivity in 2021.
