In April 2011, 101 Doors Entertainment, formerly Nanda M Company, posted footages of Xing Na and Eunji training in Beijing, China, preparing for BTswing's debut. In October 2011, BTSwing's choreographer Victoria Kang released the dance practices of their debut "Rescue 101" and its English version "Make It Work", which showed members Xing Na, Eunji, Siwoo and J. Bin.
In December 2011, the agency officially announced BTswing's debut in March 2012 and planned to release the English version "Make It Work" in early January 2012. It appeared that Eunji and Siwoo had left the group and were replaced by H. Hyun and Baby Kimi.
On March 16, 2012, BTswing made their debut with the digital single "Rescue 101". The lineup consisted of Xing Na, J. Bin, H.
Hyun and Baby Kimi. Later in 2012, it was announced that Baby Kimi had left the group, citing health issues and personal reasons, respectively. Therefore, the group would be active as a trio consisting of Xing Na, J.
Bin, and H. Hyun. It was also announced that the duo would start preparing for a new album, as well as working with labelmate GFF under the name GFB Union.
In October 2012, it was announced that the trio would make their comeback with "Trouble" in November. The same month, the group released their collaboration with GFF titled "Tightrope". Sometime after the announcement, H.
Hyun left the group, making the group a duo. Since early 2013, the group became inactive and presumably disbanded the same year.
