On March 2, 2006, she debuted as a member of the girl group Brown Eyed Girls with the release of their debut studio album Your Story. On July 8, 2010, she made her solo debut with the mini album Narsha. On November 11, 2013, she debuted as a member of Brown Eyed Girls first sub-unit M&N, along with member Miryo, with the release of their debut digital single "Tonight".
On September 4, 2015, Narsha, along with Miryo and JeA, departed from Nega Network following the expiration of their exclusive contracts. On October 1, 2015, all members of Brown Eyed Girls signed with MYSTIC Story. On December 14, 2018, it was announced that Narsha would not be renewing her contract with MYSTIC Story.
On February 12, 2019, it was announced that she had signed a contract with Starit Entertainment(then known as DMost Entertainment). On February 21, 2022, it was announced that she had renewed her contract with Starit Entertainment. On May 3, 2024, it was announced that Narsha had signed an exclusive contract with FUNhan Entertainment who will support her career in activities ranging from singing to broadcasting.
In October 2025, new entertainment company HYRU Entertainment announced the launch of their unspecified upcoming project, SUCTION, involving Narsha. She was subsequently cast in a YouTube web series of the same name and eventually debuted as member Jin E of the co-ed project group SUCTION on March 5, 2026 with the release of the digital single "Still Hurts".
