On August 9, 2019, StarCore revealed Dhayeon as one of the members of their upcoming kids girl group BlueMint. She made her debut with the kids girl group on August 26, 2019 with the release of their first digital single, "Sky Sea". Due to prolonged inactivity, BlueMint presumably disbanded sometime in mid to late 2020, however Dhayeon remains a trainee under their agency.
