Ayeon

Sometime in June 2018, Ayeon was revealed as one of four members of the pre-debut girl group Root Sixteen. However, a few months later, their debut was cancelled and all of Root Sixteen's SNS accounts were deleted. Sometime in 2020, she joined Blue Fox Entertainment and become a member of Blue Fox, as evident by uploading a video to her Instagram which showed her practicing with the other members of Blue Fox.

On September 5, 2022, the group announced that they have disbanded due to personal and health issues. On May 16, 2023, she was revealed as a trainee under the Taiwanese music company, TEN Entertainment. She was later also revealed to have become a member of the agency's Taiwanese upcoming girl group GENBLUE.
