On March 29, 2019, she debuted as a member of HOT PLACE with their first digital single album, "Hot Place" under the stage name Taeri. She left the group in February 2020. Sometime in 2020, she joined Blue Fox Entertainment and become a new member of the girl group Blue Fox under the name Yeonji.
On September 5, 2022, the group announced that they have disbanded due to personal and health issues.
