On January 26, 2007 Baby V. O. X Re.
V released their debut album 五歌舞世炅 with the title track "Shee". After promotions for the album Han Aeri and Myung Sarang decided to leave the group to focus on acting and studying. In 2008 they were replaced by Oh Minjin and Park Sori.
With the new lineup the group released their second album I Believe promoting the title track of the same name. The group is presumed to have disbanded as they became inactive in 2009. Two years after their disbandment, DR Music announced a debut of a new girl group named RaNia.
They were meant to be the third generation of Baby V. O. X.
They temporarily changed their name to 'BP Rania' from 2016–2018, before changing back to 'RaNia', and eventually reformed as a newer group with the name BLACKSWAN in 2020. Following their disbandment, all members went separate ways: - An Jinkyoung went on to be a soloist. - Yang Eunji quit the idol industry to get married.
She later returned as a member of temporary girl group Mamadol in 2022. - Hwang Yeonkyoung married her choreographer boyfriend and appeared on Tomorrow Is Miss Trot. - Oh Minjin now owns a personal cafe.
- Park Sori married a former backup dancer of To-Ya.
