About
On July 3, 1997, she debuted as a member of Baby V. O. X with the group's first studio album EQUALIZEHER.
She was the final member to be added to the first lineup of the group as the replacement for Lee Gai who had to involuntarily withdraw from the group due to an injury. In March 2006, after Baby V. O.
X disbanded, she decided to pursue an acting career. However, EZ struggled to obtain roles, with her only post-disbandment acts being in the role of Hye Young in Make It Big and as Song Ju Young in Drama City: The Very Kind Girl, both released in 2006. After which, she ceased working as an actress.
In January 2007, she became an MC for Mnet's Wide Entertainment News, which was also her first and final job as an MC. She later made guest panel appearances in KBS Joy's I'll Be Back in 2007. In 2008, she was a featured singer in the song "Like A Flower" in singer Peter's album Show Man.
Later in 2009, she appeared as a main panelist in two variety shows, Park Solmi and Kim EZ's Snow Country and Two Days & One Night with Beauties. Afterwards, Kim EZ retired from pursuing a career as an entertainer and became a homemaker. In December 2024, Baby V.
O. X along with Kim E-Z reunited on stage for KBS' End of the Year Broadcast for the special stage that highlights different generations of K-Pop. Later in February 2025 released their first new single in over 19 years with the release of "New Baby V.
O. X 2025. ".
They have since been active as a group once more. On November 24, 2025, Kim E-Z released her debut digital single "Queen EZ".
