On March 17, it was announced that LOONA's HeeJin, Kim Lip, JinSoul, and Choerry have signed exclusive contracts with MODHAUS, the record label founded by their former director Jaden Jeong. In an interview with NME, Jaden Jeong stated the members were already working on new music with Jeong working closely with JinSoul to develop her A&R skills. The action and activities for the four would be referred as the "Artemis Strategy", named after the Greek goddess of the moon.
However, Jeong emphasized that it is not a new group name. It was also stated that he is open to the idea of reviving the scrapped album, LOONA the Ballad (La Maison LOONA). On April 1, it was revealed that they would be taking part in MODHAUS' strategy project ARTMS.
On June 15, MODHAUS announced the return of ODD EYE CIRCLE through their ARTMS project. On June 19, it was reported that the unit will be coming back in mid-July. On June 27, it was announced that they would be coming back on July 12 with the mini album Version Up|.
On November 22, it was announced that they would release their first digital single "The Carol 3. 0" on December 1. On December 8, ARTMS announced that they would be releasing the English version, "The Carol 3.
0 (Eng Ver. )", on December 11. Through the release of Heejin's album K on October 31, 2023, it was revealed that ARTMS will debut in early 2024 with the album Dall|.
On February 29, 2024, it was announced that the full-length album will be released on May 31. Additionally, four pre-release singles will be released on March 29, April 11, April 25, and May 10, starting with "Pre1 : Birth|". On January 18, 2025, ARTMS released a teaser titled "X1", hinting at a potential comeback.
MODHAUS' CEO Jaden Jeong revealed in an interview that they will release the song "Burn", which was originally supposed to be released after the repackage of LOONA's first mini album, [X X]. On January 24, ARTMS revealed the setlist of their new world tour Lunar Theory, including 16 songs from LOONA. On March 21, it was officially announced that ARTMS will be releasing the single album "Burn (ARTMS)|" on March 28.
On March 26, it was reported that ARTMS has renewed their contracts and ready to expand their activities with MODHAUS despite their current exclusive contracts are still in effect and have not yet expired. On March 27, MODHAUS announced the postponement of "Burn (ARTMS)|" to a later date in light of the still on-going in South Korea. On April 1, MODHAUS announced that "" and its music video would be released simultaneously on April 4, 6 PM (KST).
On May 20, ARTMS hinted at their upcoming comeback. The next day, they unveiled a teaser for Club Icarus|, set for release on June 13. On August 13, ARTMS announced their world tour, Grand Club Icarus.
On April 9, 2026, MODHAUS announced that after careful consideration, HaSeul will be undergoing a necessary surgery for her longstanding left shoulder injury. As a result, she will not be participating in the group's upcoming album promotions or their 2026 tour with ARTMS continuing as four for these activities. Following HaSeul's recovery, she intends to do solo activities to the extent her condition may allow such as a solo single album release and her own concert.
