On January 24, 2026, DETUDE teased their lineup by revealing the initials of the member's names which include HW. On February 1, Hyewon was introduced as the second member of DETUDE. On March 21, AROM Entertainment released an official statement announcing that the DETUDE project has been restructured into their trainee group AROM Girls.
