On January 24, 2026, DETUDE teased their lineup by revealing the initials of the member's names which include JW. On January 26, Jiwon was introduced as the first member of DETUDE. On March 21, AROM Entertainment released an official statement announcing that the DETUDE project has been restructured into their trainee group AROM Girls.
