On April 4, 2022, the company revealed on their social media accounts the group's first member Hana. This was followed by Soojin on April 6, Sohyun on April 8, and final member Baek Seol on April 11. For a busking event in June, member Baek Seol was temporarily replaced by someone only identified as 'Yeonkyung', though it is unclear if she is a new member or not as after Baek Seol returned, she has not been mentioned in relation to 4seazn again, but remains followed by 4seazn's Instagram account.
Through June to October 2022, 4seazn remained inactive on their SNS accounts and by October 9, their disbandment due to internal circumstances was officially announced.
