Prior to their official debut, 2EYES participated in recording the original soundtrack for the SBS drama That Winter, the Wind Blows. On June 20, 2013, they officially debuted with their first digital single "Don't Mess With Me". The lineup consisted of Hyangsook, Daeun, Hyerin, Dasom and Yeonjun.
On October 8, they released their second digital single "Shooting Star". In 2015, Yeonjun was absent from the group's activities, suggesting she had left the group. However, no official announcement was made by their label.
On August 24, they released their third digital single "Pippi" as a four-member group and the agency announced that Yeonjun had left the group. During the promotions for this single, SidusHQ received a complaint from the Swedish company Saltkråkan, which owns the copyright to the character , over the group's use of Pippi for the concept without permission. In 2017, Hyangsook and Yeonjun, who previously left the group in 2015, auditioned for the survival show MIXNINE, representing SidusHQ.
Yeonjun didn’t pass the audition while Hyangsook made it to 31st place before getting eliminated in episode 10. During the program, Hyangsook revealed that 2EYES was in the process of disbanding, though the reason was left undisclosed. The group’s dissolution was finalized in 2018, following their removal from the SidusHQ website.
Following the disbandment of 2EYES, the members went their separate ways. - Hyangsook changed her legal name to Lee Gawon and in 2019 signed with the entertainment label E&S Entertainment to pursue a career in acting. However, these plans did not come to fruition, and in 2024 she became a Pilates instructor.
- Hyerin changed her stage name to Kim Riha and became active as a model. - Dasom began working as an independent artist. - Daeun resumed her acting career, which she had started back in 2013.
- Yeonjun became active as a musical actress under her real name, Kim Yeonjun.
