He made his debut as a member of ASTRO on February 23, 2016, with their debut mini album Spring Up. On March 1, 2020, Sanha, alongside fellow member Moon Bin and VERIVERY's Kangmin, were announced to be the new MCs for the music show Show Champion with their first episode airing on March 4. On September 14, he debuted as a member of ASTRO's first sub-unit, Moonbin & Sanha, with the mini album In-Out.
On October 25, 2022, it was announced that the MC trio will host their last episode as MCs on Show Champion, which was aired on October 26. On July 5, 2024, Fantagio confirmed that Yoon San Ha is currently preparing for his debut solo album, aiming for an early August release. On July 16, Fantagio announced Yoon San Ha's debut mini album Dusk.
which was later revealed to be released on August 6. On May 30, 2025, Fantagio announced that Sanha is currently preparing for a new album scheduled in the second half of 2025. He will also be holding concerts in Korea, Japan and Latin America.
On June 25, announced the title of the 2nd mini album, Chameleon will be released on July 15.
