On December 18, 2019, Seung Han was revealed as the third member of DUSTIN. On January 6, 2020, he then made his debut with the group for their debut digital single "Burn". Unfortunately, on May 24, 2021, their disbandment was announced.
On December 9, 2021, he released a song titled "빨강 구두 OST Part. 30" for the OST. On December 13, 2021, he then made his solo debut with the digital single "Let Us Be Strangers Again".
On January 15, 2022, Seung Han held his first online showcase and video call event.
