On August 18, 2023, he was introduced as a contestant on MBC M's boy group survival show Fan Pick. On October 18, Nam Son was announced as a member of the project boy group PICKUS. They debuted on April 23, 2024 with the single album "Little Prince".
On September 29, 2024, Nam Son was introduced as a contestant on the Chinese-South Korean survival show Starlight Boys. On December 21, he was eliminated in episode 9. On August 12, 2025, he was revealed as a contestant on Anh Trai "Say Hi" Season 2.
Unfortunately, he was eliminated at Live Stage 4.
