On December 29, 2022, he was introduced as a contestant of Mnet's survival show Boys Planet under his birth name Wang Zi Hao, representing Chromosome. On April 13, he was eliminated in episode 11 after ranking 19th place. On July 27, 2023, CHROMOSOME announced that Wang Zi Hao will be making his solo debut in mid-August 2023 under the stage name Le'v.
On July 31, he announced that he will release his first EP A. I. BAE on August 18.
On November 7, 2024, Le'v unveiled a coming soon photo, hinting at his upcoming comeback. On November 8, it was announced that he will release his second EP, Quantum Leap, on November 22.
