On July 22, 2017, Go Hyeon made his debut in the boy group 14U with the single album "VVV". He was a member of the group until their disbandment on May 13, 2019. On June 29, 2020, Go Hyeon was introduced as a member of the then upcoming boy group Ten-X.
Unfortunately, on April 18, 2021, the group announced via a statement on Twitter, that due to the ongoing COVID-19 situation, it was becoming more and more difficult to debut. Because of this, Blue Creative Entertainment has decided to terminate the members' contracts, including Luha's, thus disbanding Ten-X. On August 23, 2021, Go Hyeon made his solo debut with his first digital single "Don't Laugh".
Later, he and Luha formed a duo called LuhaxHyeon that made their debut with their first digital single "You, Me = Us" on January 13, 2022. On November 13, 2023, he was revealed as a member of the upcoming boy group WAKER. They made their debut on January 8, 2024 with the mini album Mission of School.
