On January 3, 2018, Gaho debuted as a member of PLT with the release of their debut EP Planetarium Case#1. On May 3, Gaho debuted with his first solo digital single "Stay Here". His first mini album Preparation For a Journey was released on December 11.
On July 11, 2024, Gaho was confirmed to be a member of the upcoming band KAVE. The band debuted on July 24, with the EP Flight of Ideas. On November 7, 2025, Planetarium Records announced that Gaho's contract has ended and decided not to renew.
On February 5, 2026, PLAN-G Entertainment announced they signed with Gaho.
