On May 27, 2019, Eson debuted in the group WE IN THE ZONE with the release of their self titled mini album. On January 15, 2021, in a now deleted Instagram post, WE IN THE ZONE member Kyeongheon revealed that they had all terminated their contracts with Choon Entertainment due to internal circumstances. This was further confirmed by the deletion of the group's Instagram account and their inactivity on other SNS accounts.
