In 2016, Doha participated in the Mnet reality show BOYS24 where he was the leader of Unit White. He was then a part of their promotional unit, Unit Black. He was eliminated in the final round and did not become a member of IN2IT.
In 2017, he auditioned unsuccessfully for the JTBC reality show MIXNINE and hence did not become a contestant. On May 21, 2018, Million Market announced that Park Doha had signed a contract with them. On August 16, 2021, Doha made his debut with the digital single "Dear.
My Side". On October 19, he released his third digital single "다시 널". On December 2, he then released his fourth digital single "그리다 지웠다".
On March 14, 2022, Doha was introduced as the first member of the group XEED. They debuted on December 1, 2022 with the mini album Dream Land. On March 22, 2024, Nature Space announced that the group would be disbanding on April 8, 2024.
On April 20, 2025, the group opened new SNS accounts under the name XD.
