On June 12, 2025, he was introduced as a contestant of Mnet's survival show Boys II Planet, representing Bill Entertainment. On August 14, he was eliminated in episode 5 after ranking 54th place. On October 24, WAYF announced that Andrew would make his debut with his first digital single "Boys II Plan", scheduled to be released on October 28.
On November 1, WAYF officially announced Andrew as their new artist.
