On August 10, 2005, she made her debut as a member of the girl group LPG with the studio album Long Pretty Girls. She left the group in early 2009. On May 12, 2011, she made her solo debut with the single album "1st Kiss".
In December 2020, Yoonah appeared as a contestant in TV Chosun's reality trot survival show Miss Trot 2. She was eventually eliminated during the first round of eliminations.
