On October 24, 2018, Seo Yeong was announced as one of the six members in All-S Company's newest girl group ALLS-GIRL. However, the debut of the group was delayed and no news of the group's future were released. She then left the group sometime in 2019 and joined a brand new startup company called ANS Entertainment.
Early in August 2019, ANS Entertainment unveiled their first girl group, ANS, and they released their first digital single, "Wonderland", as a pre-debut track on August 15 with an unrevealed member teased in the end of the music video. On August 23, the agency posted a teaser post on their social medias, asking fans to guess the final member. Many fans figured out that the member was ALLS-GIRL's Seo Yeong, which was later revealed, on August 26, under the stage name Raon.
She made her official debut with them on September 16, 2019 with the release of the digital single album, "Boom Boom". On August 20, 2020, she was among the members who announced that they had terminated their contracts with their agency, and the disbandment of ANS back in August 11. On October 29, 2022, she joined in the co-ed cover band NO:UU.
On July 24, 2023, it was announced that she would be making her debut as a member of the band DALUNA with the stage name YoeSLee. Their debut digital single titled "Swalling Summer" was released on July 28. However, the band has presumably disbanded due to prolonged inactivity after debut and the deletion of their SNS accounts.
UNC Company revealed that she has been preparing a solo debut under their agency with the stage name Koi Kat. On February 6, 2025, her official SNS accounts opened. On February 9, Koi Kat unveiled her fandom name (KAT) and own website that doubles as a fan community, giving users missions and a special fan number.
On February 16, UNC Company announced she would be debuting on February 28. A few days later on February 22, it was announced that her debut digital single is titled "Let It Show". On March 22, it was announced that Koi Kat would be releasing her first remix single "Let It Show (Remix)" the next day.
However, on March 23, it was revealed that the remix single would be released on March 24 instead. No explanations were given for the change of release date. On April 26, Koi Kat teased her upcoming single.
On May 2, she changed her Instagram bio announcing she would be making a comeback with "Wake Up Call", set for release on May 19. On June 20, UNC announced that Koi Kat has departed from the agency after she and the company have amicably terminated her exclusive artist contract as of June 11. On November 11, Daisy Music announced that the visual production crew and cover band Soyosoyo would be joining their agency as their new artist.
The same day, Soyosoyo announced they would now actively pursue original creative activities that contain their own music with Yoeslee continuing as the band's vocalist and frontwoman.
