In July 2017, Snowbaby appeared as an contestant in the South Korean reality survival show, Idol School, which aimed to debut a K-pop girl group. Unfortunately, she was eliminated from the show in Episode 4 with her final rank being 33rd place. On August 13, 2021, Snowbaby debuted as a soloist with the digital single "Hey!
