Sometime in 2018, she joined Chic Angel alongside with Dayeon. She officially debuted in the girl group on July 25, with the release of their collaboration single, "Bada", with Cupid and Soo Kyung. On January 29, 2019, she along with a fellow member Laeun, released a digital single album titled "White Lie".
On March 9, 2020, Sia made her soloist debut with the digital single "Breath". She, along with Laeun, were credited as writers for the song. Sometime in the later half of 2020, Sia announced her departure from Chic Angel.
