On September 5, 2018, Joha officially debuted as a member of YJIG with the group's first digital single "Prince". Unfortunately, the group disbanded on May 17, 2019. On May 31, 2020, she was introduced as a new member of ICU under Liz Entertainment with the stage name, Joah (조아).
However, she later decided to change her stage name to Naye (나예). She officially debuted in the group on July 10, with their Japanese debut digital single "Cupid (Japanese ver. )".
On December 8, 2021, she was introduced as a new member of CHIC&IDLE (now known as Chic&I's) under Liz Entertainment. On August 31, 2023, it was revealed that Naye left the Chic&I's but eventually returned to the group on May 19, 2024. On February 5, 2024, Liz Entertainment announced that Naye would be making her solo debut on February 12, with the single album "Now, We Are Breaking Up".
On February 26, 2025, she was introduced as a member of Liz Entertainment's upcoming girl group M. prism. They made their debut on March 28, 2025.
On June 21, it was announced that Naye would be going on hiatus for personal reasons. Later that month, she was unfollowed by the group’s official Instagram account and her story highlights were removed, effectively confirming her departure from the group.
