On June 15, 2018, she debuted with the digital single "Homerun" under the agency A. Rec and with the name Min Ziwoon. The single features Shin Yoon-soo.
While A. Rec has stated that she the plans to continue her activities by creating more music and releasing a mini album, it actually never came into fruition due to unknown reasons. It is presumed she departed from the agency the same year.
On September 20, 2024, KRUCIALIZE announced that she is signed under their label by revealing she would be making her solo debut with the digital single "Sentimental Love" on October 4. Her name now being Romanized as Min Jiwoon. On December 2, Min Jiwoon's second single "Someone" was announced to be released later on December 13.
On March 7, 2025, Min Jiwoon announced her third digital single "If You Were The Rain" featuring soloist Crush. It is scheduled for release on March 17. On August 4, it was announced that Min Jiwoon would be releasing her first EP Pink, Then Grey on August 22.
On March 27, 2026, it was announced that Min Jiwoon will be releasing fourth digital single "Feel It Too" on April 3.
