On September 29, 2023, brand new virtual talent agency 99Major revealed Mare as their fourth artist. She eventually made her debut with the release of the digital single, "Fate", on January 7, 2024. In early June 2025, Mare was revealed as a contestant in the virtual idol survival show V-REAL, created by streaming service SOOP.
On June 25, Mare was revealed as one of the five finalists who will later make a debut the project virtual girl group LUVITA. She eventually made her debut with LUVITA on October 19 with the release of their first digital single "Rise Into You".
