On April 6, 2016, Zenith Media Contents announced that Roeun, together with Lina, have been added to WANNA. B's lineup after the departure of member Seoyoon. She officially debuted as a member of the group on June 26, 2016 with the release of "Why?
" under the name Roeun. She was a member of the group until their disbandment in late 2019. On January 3, 2022, she announced that she would have her solo debut on January 4 with the single album "Take Me To The Sunrise" under the name Lee Soyou.
