Lee Eunjeo was initially a model and at age 19 was selected as the 'Jin' winner of Gwangju and South Jeolla in the 1993 Miss Korea beauty contest. Lee Eunjeo began as a singer trained by famous composer Lee Younghoon. She was featured as a vocalist on the soundtracks of the movies Kareisky and 사랑을 기억하세요?
in 1995. The same year, she was featured as a guest singer in Lee Younghoon's studio album, 95 Dream and sang a duet track with Lee Moon Sae, titled "강가에서". In April 1996, Lee Eunjeo made her debut as a soloist singer-songwriter with the release of her first and only studio album, Monotone.
In 1997, she was featured as a singer in one more soundtrack of the movie, Inshallah. She has since been inactive as a singer.
