Prior to her debut, she majored in dance, ran her own dance academy and was recognized for her achievements in various national dance competitions. On August 17, 2009, she made her solo debut with the digital single "Pink". On November 29, 2010, she was announced as a new member of FREE STAR.
With this, she later had her first release in the group with the the digital single "딱이야 딱! " on December 7, 2010. In September 2011, she presumably left the group.
