In 1997 she was added to Baby V. O. X as a replacement for Cha Yu Mi, who had left due to an injury.
She was active during promotions for Equalizeher, but her first release with the group was Baby V. O. X II.
Baby V. O. X disbanded in 2006.
On September 15, 2006 she made her solo debut with her first full-length album Refreshing. ===2017–2020: Producing career=== In 2017, she participated in the production of Hashtag's debut from the member selection to visual directing, music directing and styling. In 2021, she became a radio host for SBS Love FM's radio show, Kan Miyoun's Love Nine (later known as Kan Miyoun's Love Night).
