On March 7, 2019, Zin (then known by her real name Hyunbin) was introduced as a A team trainee and potential member of the pre-debut girl group ISE through a performance at Miss Malaysia's 2019 pageant. In February 2020, she participated on the singing show I Can See Your Voice 7. On September 2, 2021, she was revealed as the fourth member of bugAboo (formerly ISE).
The group officially debuted on October 25 with their first single album "BugAboo". On December 8, 2022, A team announced the group's disbandment after deciding to terminate the group's contract and future activities.
